I decided to put my foot down lightly and take some time for me. I have been Reading and taking Nutrition Classes online .I have also spent much time in Prayer, and just doing nothing and that is not me I'm always on the go.I had some decisions to make about my Career,I have decided to redo my Own business which is Called Spirit Hope I started it in 2000 in the beginning I had Financial Success and now it is a Ministry which I plan on keeping for now The Name of My New Business and Ministry will be called,
MLM Trinity

In the next few weeks I will explain what the name of my new business and ministry stands for.I will be posting weekly free blogs to follow starting in September that will be related to my business and research from School I will be working on Nutrition degrees and taking writing classes over the next 2 years as well, this is a journey I would like to share with others who have the same passion as me or want to learn.

  3. Hi Kathy, thanks for visiting my new blog This Is Africa (tia) 4 CHRIST. I’ve noticed that we do share the same views, and that you seem to possess a wonderful talent and passion to convey positive uplifting thoughts, visions, and advice. The current articles on my blog tend to focus more on the esoteric roots of evil, -- stuff Christians understandably don’t like talking about too often. I’m sure the material on your blog will inspire me to publish more positive and self-enriching articles in the future. You have a follower!

  4. Hi Kathy,
Thank you for visiting my site. I just had to jump over here and see your site.
I also am 52 and at the age of 50 endeavored to find myself again. After being "mommy" for so long, I'd lost who I was. And like you said, after caring for so many others we forget to care for ourselves.
As one who's learning nutrition and activity can and does benefit women of 'our age' - I look forward to all that you have to share!
    Blessings and prayers,
    Deb
