Day Two On Following DR. OZ

Wednesday September 08, 2010

Today on DR.OZ Was about asking your most embarrassing questions and On prevention of back pain, simple at home low cost exercises and products that will help with the nagging back pain that most people will get.

None of the embarrassing questions today really applied to me today very interesting though .I decided to focus today On trying the back pain tips the tips I have decided to add to my lifestyle are below

Tip #1 Start sleeping with a wedge leg pillow You’ll restore the natural alignment to your spin and reduce back pain.

Tip #2 Doing a morning stretch

a exercise he called the triangle and his beginners Yoga these are 2 easy tips that I feel I can easily add to my daily routine. Below is the

DR.OZ Daily Back Pain Prevention Checklist

Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. This allows your body the time it needs to repair itself.

Stretch for 10 minutes each morning. Try touching your toes from a standing position, or seated with your legs at a 90 degree angle to your body. This will help loosen tense muscles. Go to his website to view Dr. Oz’s Beginner Yoga workout. It has moves designed to strengthen and stretch your back, both of which will help to prevent back pain.

Watch out for weight gain. Added weight means added pressure to your lower back which leads to increased back pain.

Follow Dr. Oz’s Ultimate Diet and reboot your system in just 2 weeks. Rethink the kinds and quantity of foods you eat to keep unwanted weight gain at bay.

I have also decided to follow along with his ultimate Diet guidelines and will talk more in a later blog on my experience.
